Both Audie Plothow and Olive Stanton scored 3, while Hannah Talaga scored her first basket of the season, and Erin Renneker completed the contest with another fine floor game and two points.
The Lady Pilgrims will put there winning record on the line Thursday night at NLC Conference foe, and rival Warsaw. Tip time is scheduled for 6:00pm at the Tiger Den.

Two Plymouth Rockies have made the Indiana Football Coaches Association Junior All-State team. Jeremy Drudge and Nate LaFree have been elected to the team.

Drudge, a 6-3 junior, made the team as a safety. He finished this past year as the second leading tackler for the 2016 edition of the Plymouth Rockies. The 6-0, 245 lb. LaFree was a two-way player for the Rockies this past fall. Offensively he played both tackle and guard. Defensively he played inside linebacker. He made the team as an offensive lineman.

Congratulations to these two Rockie players! We wish them continued success in the future as they are both multi-sport athletes for the Pilgrims/Rockies.

The John Glenn Falcons JV boys team dropped their second close contest of the year Monday at Bremen, 40-37. Cory Barker’s hot shooting carried the Falcons to a five point halftime advantage. Bremen responded with a run and a 1-3-1 defense that the Falcons couldn’t crack until late. Robbie Porter hit a couple of big shots for the visitors who fall to one and two. They visit Elkhart Central on Friday.

The Freshman Falcons faced Mishawaka at home Monday night. They got themselves in a big hole in the first half and couldn’t overcome it in the second. They lost 35-16. On a positive note they won the second half 14-10! Zach Neiswender played hard. Alex Haney executed well. Hunter Hardesty and Zach Neiswender each had 7 pts.
