Chargers to Host Free Youth Clinic

PLYMOUTH, IN – The Ancilla Chargers men’s basketball program will host a free youth basketball clinic Saturday, November 29th from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

The free youth clinic will be held at the LifePlex in Plymouth (2855 Miller Dr.) starting at 9:00 AM and will last until 11:00 AM for children in the first grade up to eighth grade. All attendees of the clinic will be invited to play on the court at halftime of the Charger’s home game with Edison Community College that afternoon at 3:00 PM.

Head coach Aaron Butcher comments on the upcoming clinic, “We are looking forward to working with the youth around Marshall County on this day. It will be a good morning of fun and basketball instruction. It will also be a positive experience for the attendees to play at half time of our game with Edison Community College.”

The Chargers will first host opponents University of St. Francis JV, November 21st, and Bethel College JV, November 24th, before hosting Edison Community College that Saturday November 29th at 3:00 PM.

Ancilla College, part of The Center at Donaldson, offers 18 Associate’s Degree and eight athletic programs. Since 1937, the College has been a sponsored ministry of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ and is located two miles south of US 30 on Union Road near Plymouth, Indiana.
