9th ranked Culver Lady Cavs pick up first win over Westville

It was a dominating performance by the #9-1A Lady Cavaliers of Culver (1-1) in their 64-12 win over Westville.   There was no let down after a season opening loss to South Central back on the 13th of this month.

The combination of Mikella Hardy (23) & Donna Zehner (26) proved unstoppable as they scored 49 of the 62 Culver points tallied in the win.

Culver was just as impressive defensively, holding Westville to just 3 points after the first 24 minutes of basketball (24-3 hafltime score).   A 22-3 third quarter for the Lady Cavs buried any comeback hopes for Westville.
