South Bend Washington hands Plymouth Girls first loss

Wednesday nights match-up between South Bend Washington and Plymouth displayed some real good athletes on the court.  The Lady Panthers were able to pull away in the 4th quarter for a 64-48 win over Plymouth at the Rock.

South Bend Washington’s Tiara Murphy was on fire.   The 2014 Honorable-Mention IBCA All-State star scored 24 points and had 6 steals for the visitors.

Plymouth had spurts of handling the ball well, but the ball pressure by SB Washington caused 26 turnovers in the end which proved to be Plymouth’s downfall by games end.

The Lady Pilgrims got good inside presence all game long from Nicole Horvath who scored 19 points shooting 8/12 from the floor.  She also added 6 rebounds.

Plymouth (7-1) travels to Warsaw on Saturday night.  SPORTSTOTHEMAX.NET will broadcast the ballgame around 7pm EST.
