Winter Sports season fast approaching! PHS reminder…..

This is a reminder to student-athletes and parents about the upcoming winter athletic season.  Physicals must be obtained before student-athletes can try out for a sport.  They also need to obtain:

Emergency Medical Form     Code of Conduct Form     Drug Testing Consent

Concussion Testing     Personal Insurance if you don’t already have it

Here are the starting dates for each winter sport:

Monday, 10/27/14 – Girl’s Basketball and Girl’s Swimming

Monday, 11/3/14 – Wrestling

Monday, 11/10/14 – Boy’s Basketball and Boy’s Swimming

Monday, 11/24/14 – Gymnastics
