The head football coach for Tippecanoe Valley High School has resigned. Scott Bibler, who also served as the school's guidance counselor submitted his letter of resignation on Tuesday this week. Bibler will also be leaving his post as guidance counselor. Bibler spent one year as Vikings head coach where his team finished 1-9 last season,
