Charger Basketball Signs McCoy
Anderson McCoy, a Center Grove High School graduate, recently signed his National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Letter of Intent to play basketball at Ancilla College.
McCoy, a 5’11” point guard for the Trojans, received three varsity letters during his career. He was named as Honorable Mention MIC Player and led his team in steals, free throw percentage, three-point percentage and assists during his senior season.
“I felt at home when I visited Ancilla,” said McCoy. “I have become closer to Coach Butcher over the months, so the decision felt right.”
“Anderson is a great kid that comes from a great family,” remarked Ancilla College men’s basketball Coach Aaron Butcher. “He is a true point guard whose teammates enjoy playing with.”
