9-12-15 Athlete of the Week
Our Tyler Roth/WKVI Athlete of the Week for this week is Josh Krsek, a member of the Football Team at Culver High School.
Josh was pressed into service as a quarterback after a devastating injury to Weston Bush and responded by leading his team to a 36-14 win over West Central, snapping the Cavaliers 10 game losing streak in the process.
The 6-1, 205 pound Junior led on both sides of the ball, rushing 41 times for 252 yards and 4 touchdowns, while leading his team defensively with 9 1/2 tackles, 3 of them for loss as the Cav’s won their first-ever game in the Hoosier North Athletic Conference.
Josh is the son of Steve and Terry Krsek.
