Plymouth Girls Golf team Splits
The Plymouth girls golf team split a 9 hole match Monday evening at Pretty Lake Golf Club versus Bremen and Tippecanoe Valley. Attached full results.
Lexi Miller 46 of Bremen paced the field earning Medalist honors. The veteran lady Lions of Bremen took the top three spots and cruised to a 199-228-291 victory.
After a rough stretch of holes, Senior Jennah Nifong played like a veteran, bounced back well and lead Plymouth with a 51. Junior Brittney Klotz had a tough ball striking night however her putting secured her a 55. Sophomore Olivia Waymouth continued her surge from Saturday carding a career low 59. Rounding out the scoring for Plymouth were Emily Cochern 63 and Sarah Youngs 64.
Next up for the ladies is the Warsaw Invitational at Stonehenge this Saturday. Stonehenge being our Sectional venue we look to gain some much-needed course knowledge and continue our steady improvement.
