Girls basketball
Culver beaten by Triton
CULVER — Culver’s Lady Cavs took a 45-28 loss to Triton on Tuesday night.
Culver was led by Brianna Schlemmer with 12 points and Grace Sieber had nine. Brooke Davis had nine rebounds.
Culver moves to 4-15 on the year and is on the road at West Central on Thursday. Triton is now 9-12 with a game Friday against North Judson.
JV Basketball
Plymouth gets road win at Elkhart
ELKHART — Plymouth’s JV boys basketball team got a hard-fought win over Elkhart on Tuesday night 36-23.
Hayden Feldman had 13 points, and Parker Bagley 11 to lead the Pilgrims. Kadden Milliser had six points and 12 rebounds and Kylen Ellery added six and 10 rebounds.
Plymouth is now 11-3 on the season and will take on Northridge on Friday.
Freshman Basketball
Valley hangs loss on Plymouth frosh
PLYMOUTH — Plymouth’s freshman basketball team took a loss to Tippecanoe Valley by a final of 28-18.
Hudson Davis had six points to lead Plymouth.
“An unfortunate result last night, I thought we played well enough to get the win,” said Plymouth coach Kadin McCrammer. “We moved the ball well offensively and got great open looks around the rim. The shots just did not fall in our favor.”
The Plymouth freshman are now 2-12 and are at Penn on Monday.
