Bremen swimmers split with Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA — Bremen’s boys and girls swim team split decisions with Mishawaka as the boys took a 125-36 win and the girls fell 104-69.
Bremen’s boys took wins in:
200 — Medley Relay team of Marmolejas, Grove, Miller and Cannon 1:51.44
100 freestyle — Grant Horner 1:06.03
200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke — Blake Grove 1:58.11 and 1:08.38
100 butterfly — Hunter Cannon 1:04.44
100 backstroke — Jailen Marmolejas 1:03.90
400y freestyle relay — team of Horner, Nava, Deleon, and Clark 4:8.07
For the girls:
200 Medley Relay — Team of Sahloff, Welborn, VanVuren, and Byrd 2:11.63).
50 freestyle and 100 backstroke — Sara Sahloff 27.10 and 1:11.45
Bremen had just seven girls swimmers.
Bremen is in action again at home against Mishawaka Marian.
