PHS lady wrestlers take a win

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Lady Rockie wrestlers grabbed a big win over Kankakee Valley winning 6 out of 8 matches, winning the dual 36-30.
The match started at 135 lbs, with KV taking the first win by pin. At 140 lbs Caroline Balica fired back with a pin of her own.
At 145 Teyah Barnhart secured four takedowns in a little over a minute and sealed the win with a stick of her own. Danica Davids (155lbs) and Ava Lloyd (190lbs) seal the night powerfully with pins of their own.
Second-ranked sophomore Angel Smith bumped up to 125 and continued her undefeated streak (6-0) with a pin in the second period, sealing the dual win for Plymouth.
