Warsaw outswims Plymouth
WARSAW — Plymouth kicked off their 2-meet week at Warsaw on Monday, taking a 114-72 loss in the girls meet and falling in the boys by a 140-43 final.
Plymouth had 26 best times and a unique start with the girls medley relay tying for 1st place.
“It was nice to see some great effort from our team tonight,” said Haley Stegelmann Plymouth’s head coach. “It is finals week and I know they have some stress they carried into the meet. But we had fun, Warsaw was a good host, and they had a nice Senior Night.”
Top point earners for the night were Vivian Wheeler with 12.5 pts and Joseph Stauffer with 12 pts.
Plymouth is in action again on Thursday with a home NLC meet with Wawasee with a start time of 5:30 p.m.
