Yazel and Bryan lead Charger women’s bowlers
SIDNEY, MI — The season for the Marian University Ancilla Women’s Bowling team is starting to wind down, with the MCCAA conference tournament right around the corner. This past Friday they were at the Montcalm Invitational, just Northeast of Grand Rapids.
Sophomores Jenna Yazel and Katelyn Bryan did, in fact, tie each other with each posting 3-game totals of 379. Sophomore Sophie Willey attempted to join them with a final score of 375. Willey had the highest single game of the three with a 146 in her first contest of the day.
The women are back in action Friday when they attend the MCCAA Conference Tournament at the Merri-Bowl in Livonia, Michigan.
