Lancers fall to Westview

LAKEVILLE — LaVille played host to #17 Westview Tuesday in a non-conference high school basketball battle at Dale E Cox Gymnasium.
The two teams battled for eight minutes before the Warriors outscored the Lancers 46-18 in the middle quarters as Westview came away with a 61-33 victory.
WHS placed three players in double figures, led by Austin Schlabach with a game-high 21 points.
LHS was led by Lance Edison with 14 points.
Coach Michael Edison’s club jumps into Indiana Northern State Conference action on Dec 5 at John Glenn. The junior varsity game is scheduled for a 6 pm tip, with the varsity to follow.
