Foster hits game-winner for LaVille

LAKEVILLE – LaVille senior Braedyn Foster had a night to remember on Tuesday at Dale E. Cox Gymnasium.
Foster, a 6′-2″ post player, scored the game-winning basket with 3.3 seconds remaining to lift the Lancers to a thrilling 51-50 victory over Trinity Academy.
Not only did he record the winning shot, but he also scored a career-high 17 points to go with 11 rebounds to record the double-double.
Junior Lance Edison led LHS with 19 points, while Andre Gonzales, another senior, chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, four steals, and four assists.
The Lancers improved to 13-8 overall and will play host to Whitko on February 19, beginning at 6 pm.
