Tyler Roth/WKVI Athlete of the Week 12/15/18

Our Tyler Roth/WKVI Athlete of the Week for this week is Tyler Blount, a member of the Wrestling Team at North Judson-San Pierre High School.

Tyler helped lead his team to a huge win over arch-rival Knox with a near record-time pin.  Wrestling in the 170-pound weight class, the Veteran Senior pinned his Redskin opponent in 1 minute and two seconds to seal a solid 54-15 team win.  The win gave him a 6-2 record on the season, his second on the mat for the Jays. 

 Tyler is the son of Angie Kretchmer and Jeremy Blount and is also a member of the football and baseball teams at North Judson.
