Tyler Roth/WKVI Athlete of the Week 4/10/21
Our Tyler Roth/WKVI Athlete of the Week for this week is Kameron Biggs, a member of the Baseball Team at LaCrosse High School.
Kameron set a school record enroute to helping his team win their first 2 games under new Head Coach Eric Snyder. The right-handed throwing Senior pitched a one-hitter while striking out a school record 20 batters as the Tigers beat Frontier 9-1. In addition, Biggs went 1-for-3 at the plate with a double and an RBI. That followed the Tigers win over West Central in the season opener when he went 1-for-3 at the plate with 2 RBIs which proved to be the difference in a 12-11 Tiger win.
Kameron is planning to join the military after graduation, though his baseball exploits may be getting some attention from college scounts.
Kameron is the son of Joseph Biggs and Michelle Bloomfield.
