CULVER — Addison Cyrek is a three-year varsity starter for the Culver Girls Academy lacrosse team and has elevated her level of play this season.
“Addison’s performance this season speaks for itself,” coach Moira Kelley said.
Through the first nine games she played, Cyrek has recorded 45 goals, 22 assists, and more than 40 draw controls.
She reached her 100th career goal on April 14 vs Park Tudor.
“This was a milestone made even more meaningful by the humility and composure with which she achieved it,” Kelley said. “Her poise under pressure, ability to anticipate the flow of the game, and relentless drive make her a player that opponents have to account for at all times.”
In 2024, Cyrek earned national recognition by being selected to the Under Armour 150 Team, one of the top recruiting combines for girls’ lacrosse athletes.
“It’s a testament to her standout performance and potential,” Kelley said.
Cyrek is a strong candidate for Indiana All-American honors at the conclusion of the 2025 season.
In addition to lacrosse, Cyrek manages a demanding schedule as a dual-sport athlete, competing in hockey during the winter.
“Her resilience, maturity, and dedication to continuous growth are evident in everything she does,” Kelley said. “Addison represents the best of what it means to be a student-athlete—committed, coachable, and consistently putting team success above personal accolades.”
