Plymouth golfers split NLC double dual

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth’s golf team took a split with Northridge and NorthWood in NLC golf action on Tuesday.

Plymouth was led by Dan Nguyen with a 38. Caleb Harland had a 40, Mac Holm a 41, Ben Nguyen a 45, and Bryce Busse a 49.
For the JV, Chase Bowling had a 48, Alex Pons and Beau Hale had 53, and Davis Jones and Grant Roetering shot a 54.
“The rain made things tricky early on, especially on the greens, but I was proud of how our guys adjusted and hit some great approach shots on a tough Meadow Valley course,” said Plymouth coach Keith Berndt. “This kind of challenge is exactly what we need heading into the NLC tournament.”
