Plymouth runners take sectional title
BREMEN — Plymouth’s girls track team battled the elements and the clock to take a sectional title win at Bremen on Tuesday.
“Tonight, we confronted the weather, competed against 11 other teams, and performed with passion, grit, and for each other,” said Plymouth coach Rick Stiles. “We were weather tested and ready to compete tonight. Our goal was to focus on ourselves and our performances, we did just that. Battling in the NLC prepared us for Sectionals, they put the work in, and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by our amazing coaching staff.”
Next, Plymouth will take their qualifiers to compete at Warsaw at the IHSAA Regionals on Tuesday.
