PHS tennis team named Academic All-State

Jackson, Gantz, and Christy earn individual honors

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth High School Girls Tennis team has been honored as an Academic All-State team by the IHSTeCA (Indiana High School Tennis Coaches Association) for 2025.
To earn the honor, you must have a team GPA of 3.6 (4.0 scale), and anyone who plays in a postseason match contributes to this award. Players contributing to this award in 2025 were: Tynley Gantz, Sophia Cantero, Mia Hartley, Marley Christy, Emma Jackson, Marisa Langfeldt, and Natalie Sheely.
Plymouth’s top 7 players had a (non-weighted) cumulative GPA of 3.987 on a 4.0 scale.
Along with that team honor, seniors Marley Christy, Tynley Gantz, and Emma Jackson earned ICGSA (Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association) individual Academic All-State for 2025.
To earn the honor, you must be a Senior, play in 50% of Varsity contests, have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (4.0 scale), and score a minimum of 1110 on the SAT.
