Glenn soccer takes Senior Day win

WALKERTON — The boys’ soccer team played a tight and gritty match with Rensselaer Central and got the win on Senior Day, 1-0.
The Glenn defense was the star of the day, locking down the Bombers as they tried, without success, to break down the Falcons. The Senior defensive trio of Oden, Pearson, and Schultz made it a Senior Day to remember by consistently denying the Bombers any opportunity to score.
Brayden Whitmer had another great game in goal, making 2 saves and making his presence known in the box, earning his 4th clean sheet of the season.
Senior Rowan Paton scored the lone Glenn goal with an assist from Senior Finn Chamberlin. Senior Ethan Giszewski did his part in controlling the midfield with efficiency. The team also says farewell to Senior Peyton Radandt, who is out for the season with an injury.
