Kelderhouse named defensive POTW


DONALDSON — For the second week in a row, a Marian University Ancilla Fall student-athlete has earned Player of the Week honors in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA). Charger volleyballer Kaitlynn Kelderhouse earned that honor following her two matches against Glen Oaks and Lake Michigan last week.
Named Defensive Player of the Week in the Western Conference of the MCCAA, the 5-5 Sophomore highlighted her week with 44 digs over 9 sets for a 4.89 dig-per-set average. Congratulations, Kaitlynn; the entire MUAC community is happy for you and proud of you!!
The MUAC volleyball team has two matches this week. Tonight, they head to Kalamazoo Valley Community College for a 6:30 p.m. matchup with the Cougars, then on Thursday, they host Lansing Community College at the Lifeplex. First serve Thursday against the Stars is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. as well.
