Surge at the end lifts Adams over Bremen
SOUTH BEND — The Bremen girls soccer team took a tough loss to South Bend Adams by a 2-0 final.
The defense played well as they were under pressure the majority of the game. Alexa Santillan remained solid in the goal, turning away 15 shots.
Bremen was unable to create too many offensive opportunities. Adams broke a scoreless tie in the final two minutes to take the win.
The Lady Lions will face Trinity at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday for their last home game.
