Plymouth swimmers stay unbeaten
PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth girls swim team secured its second home meet victory and fourth win of the season, taking a 129-51 win over Rochester.
The following swimmers had 1st-place individual finishes:
Kathryn Morrison – 50 Free, 500 Free
Marisa Langfeldt – 100 Backstroke
Bria Fergison- 200 Free, 100 Fly
Carmen Garcia- Diving
Taylor Schadek – 200 IM, 100 Breaststroke
Ryleigh Schadek- 100 Free
200 Medley Relay – 1st – T. Schadek, M. Langfeldt, K. Morrison, M. Golba; 2:09.53
200 Free Relay – 1st – T. Schadek, R.Schadek, M.Danforth, B.Fergison; 2:02.05
400 Free Relay – 1st – B.Fergison, M.Langfeldt R. Schadek, K.Morrison; 4:27.86
“What another great win against Rochester for the Lady Pilgrims,” said coach Carrie Schadek. “Rochester had some talent that challenged us in moments, and we persevered. The hard work is paying off and giving light to what the future holds in the season. I look forward to seeing what the girls can do this season.”
Plymouth will host Concord on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
