Lions knock off unbeaten Caston

BREMEN — The Bremen varsity boys’ basketball team defeated Caston by a score of 50-32 on Friday night at home.
The Lions’ defense showed up again in a big way, holding Caston to only 10 first-half points, taking a 19-point lead to the locker room. The overall team defense was outstanding, but a few key individual efforts from Bryce Miller, Maddux Hickman, and Jack Wildauer highlighted the defensive effort.
Bremen moves to 6-0 on the season and now will be off until Jan. 3 when they go on the road to Rochester. The JV was victorious as well and remains undefeated on the season.
