Plymouth softball outhits Goshen
GOSHEN — Plymouth’s softball team went to 7-3 on the season and 3-1 in the NLC with a decisive 15-2 win over Goshen.
Gracie Patrick earned the win, striking out five and walking one. Lilly Runyan had a pair of hits, including a double. Ivy Stackhouse was aboard four times with a pair of hits and walks and scored four runs.
“We did a nice job of putting pressure on their defense in tonight’s game,” said head coach Brian Hamman. “We played a lot of small ball and stayed aggressive on the bases. Defense continues to get stronger as we move forward, and our pitching continues to dominate.”
