Plymouth Senior Night inspires 3-0 Win over Triton Volleyballer’s
Plymouth Varsity defeated Triton 25-17, 25-22, 25-19 to finish the regular season at 22-11. Cassi Quissell had 15 digs, 6 kills, and 4 service aces. Haley Harrell had 24 assists, 14 digs, and an ace. Hunter Stevens had 7 kills and 5 blocks on the night, while Libbie Portteus chipped in 2 blocks and a team leading 12 kills.
All of the PHS seniors had an outstanding Senior night. Plymouth will begin Sectional play next week against South Bend Adams at the Clay Sectional.
Plymouth JV defeated Triton 25-20, 25-19 to stand at 22-4 on the year, with the NLC JV tourney coming up this Saturday. Kennedy Snyder was the leading attacker with 7 kills and also led the team defensively. Kendall Rhodes had a great all-around game with 6 kills, 2 aces, and great serve-receive passing. Bailey Eveland contributed 19 assists and 3 kills during the victory, while Emily Hoffer served up 2 aces.
