Plymouth U14 grabs double win weekend

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth’s U14 travel baseball team took a pair of wins on Saturday.
Plymouth took an 8-6 win over the Fort Wayne Tigers and came back for a game two win, 11-10 over the Landsharks White.
Calvin Lewallen got the win in game one, striking out three and giving up just one hit.
McCoy Gantz homered for Plymouth and had a pair of RBIs. Frank Chaney had two hits and Benson Prater drove in a pair of runs.
Caleb Edmiston got the win in relief in game two.
Drew Barker had three hits and an RBI, Chaney doubled as part of a two-hit game, Grady Scott doubled, and Gantz had three RBIs for Plymouth.

Plymouth is now 11-3-1 on the year.
