Triton headed to championship

UNION MILLS — Braxton Kaufman tossed a gem to lead the Triton Trojans to a 2-1 sectional semi-final win over South Central.
Kaufman went the distance, struck out 10, walked just one, and scattered seven hits to take the win, adding a double at the plate.
Max Johnson and Maddox Dennie had the Triton RBIs. Ryder Goodman added a double.
Triton will take on Elkhart Christian in the final on Monday with a 4:30 p.m. start time.
