SYRACUSE — The Plymouth Junior Varsity Tennis Team traveled to Wawasee High School on Saturday, September 20th, to participate in the Junior Varsity NLC Conference Tournament. Plymouth ended the tourney in a tie with Wawasee for 6th Place.

Highlights: After the first round of play, the Pilgrims won one of their three opening-round matches. All players battled and played tough matches throughout a hot and sunny day at Wawasee High School. Junior Brogan Mahoney, the number two singles player for Plymouth, paced the Pilgrims to a fourth-place finish. The number one doubles team of Sophomore Carter Breeding and Freshman Cole Cain had a sixth-place finish. Sophomore Logan Nelson, the number one singles player, finished in sixth place for the Plymouth Pilgrims.
Final Individual Records Saturday: Logan Nelson #1 singles (1-2) sixth place, Brogan Mahoney #2 singles (1-2) 4th place, Carter Breeding/Cole Cain #1 Doubles (1-2) Fourth place. Plymouth did not have a three-singles player or two-doubles team for this tournament.
