Carrington outstanding HNAC wrestler

BOURBON — Several area wrestlers put their names on the HNAC all-conference list at the conference meet over the weekend, with Culver’s Theron Carrington taking home the Most Outstanding Wrestler title.
Carrington, champion at 175, was joined by teammate Kael Buschman, the champion at 144.
Triton’s Gage Peltz was all-conference with the title at 165. He was joined by honorable mention teammates David Rowe at 132, Colton Reynolds at 190, and Greg Bradley at 285.
North Judson had two honorable mention wrestlers — Trysten Minix at 126 and Jerimiah McKinney at 157.
North Miami won its second overall team championship, with Culver taking third and Triton fifth.
