Plymouth runners at Bulldog Invite

FT. WAYNE — Plymouth traveled to Fort Wayne on Saturday to compete in the second of three indoor meets on

the schedule.
The meet was held at Indiana Tech University, but hosted by New Haven High School.
Girls highlights:
— The 4x800m relay team took over 9 seconds off from last week and took 1st place in a very solid field.
— Ava Lloyd ran her PR in the 60m dash as Hayden Shipley ran another solid race.
— 4x400m relay finished in 5th place
— 4x200m team finished in 10th.
— The shot put trio of Ava Lloyd took 4th, Daisy Van Meter finished in 6th (PR), and Marisa Kmiatek threw further this week than last.
— Haileigh Olivarez took to the pole vault runway this week in her season debut and finished in a tie for 4th place.
— Taylor Schadek, Ryleigh Schadek, Brooklyn Scruggs, Hayden Shipley, Ava Lloyd, Kathryn Morrison, Haileigh Olivarez, and Lizbeth Gomez all competed in two or more events.


Boys highlights:
— Hudson Davis, in his first meet of the season, threw 40ft 2in in Shot, which is his furthest ever.
— Bentley Jimenez broke 8 seconds in the 60m Dash.
— The 4×400 Team of Ethan O’Leary, Hunter Shipley, Jordan Gast, and Aidan Faulstich won the fast heat and were the 4×400 champs of the meet in a time of 3:37.
