Feaster named girls’ basketball coach at Triton

BOURBON — The Triton Athletic Dept. has announced the hiring of J.D. Feaster as the next girls’ varsity basketball coach at the school.
Feaster is a Rensselaer Central High School graduate and an Indiana State University grad. He has 18 years of coaching experience at various levels.
He was the head coach at Faith Christian, an assistant at Lafayette Jeff High School, and the AAU head coach for the Indiana Elite Ice.
He and his wife Carrie have four children: Caleb (24), Jakob (18), Toby (16), and Tinley (14).
“We are excited to have J.D. join the Triton Community and lead our girls’ basketball program,” said Triton A.D. Rodney Younis. “His years of experience, passion to impact student athletes, and player development track record make him a great choice.”
Feaster will be approved at the next school board meeting on July 13.
