Plymouth boys win over LaPorte

LAPORTE — Plymouth’s boys soccer team took a 3-1 win over LaPorte.
Chris Rosas, Giancarlo Arriaga, and Zeke Estrada scored goals for the Rockies, who move to 2-1 on the season.
“Good win against a scrappy LaPorte team took us a minute to get into an offensive rhythm, but once we got in sync, we scored two goals in the latter half of the second half to put the game away,” said Plymouth coach Jesus Jimenez. “Giancarlo Arriaga calmly finished a 1-on-1, and Zeke Estrada put the game away after a great counterattack highlighted by a brilliant assist by Issak Hutchison.”
