Johnson finishes season at Regional

KENDALVILLE – Plymouth freshman Taylynn Johnson ended her season in the regional round at Noble Hawk Golf Course shooting an 86, placing her 23rd in the field of 70 golfers.
“Struggles off the tee and a couple of bad holes derailed her round,” said Plymouth coach Devon Podlesak. “I’m proud of the work she put in this season, especially her continuing on her own well after practice has ended. I know she is not happy with her performance at this year’s regionals, but I can’t wait for her performance at next years’ regional because I firmly believe she has a shot at advancing to the state finals.”
Plymouth’s girls golf team finished the year 8-6 and 4-3 in NLC play.
