Glenn with a strong defensive stand in the final 2 minutes gets the win!

The Bremen Lions were trailing 21-6 after three quarters.  But a late comeback with two touchdown scores in the fourth quarter set up the chance to pull ahead at the 2:10 mark.  But the Falcon defense stood its ground and held on to a one point victory over the Lions.

Cameden Doyle had a night for John Glenn (7-2; 5-2)scoring twice on 5 carries-95 yards.  Zac Combes finished with 21 carries–123 yards on the ground.

Brett Louderback was a hightlight for Bremen (4-5; 3-4).  He scored once but added 197 yards of offense on 36 carries.

Not since 2009 have the Lions finished under 500 for the regular season.  They will set their sights on Prairie Heights (1-8) in round one of the Sectionals this Friday night.

Glenn (7-2; 5-2) will have a tough match out of the gate, with a first round battle against Mishawaka Marian (7-2).
