Bremen takes tough road loss to Trinity

SOUTH BEND — The Lions of Bremen traveled to the Trinity Athletic Complex on Tuesday night to take on a battle-tested Titans team that was riding a wave of success in their season falling by a 2-0 score.
Trinity’s athleticism and tenacious play thwarted many Lion attacks throughout the game, but the Bremen midfield dominated play and steals on the evening. The Titans capitalized on two opportunities early and late in the game to secure a 2-0 victory.
Despite having a possession advantage and shot advantage, the Lions were unable to find the back of the net as Trinity’s keeper came up with numerous saves, and the Titans’ defense blocked many shot attempts.
