Plymouth girls get past Glenn

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth’s girls soccer team broke a first-half tie with a second-half goal to take a 2-1 win over Glenn.
Plymouth got on the board first with Ella Young converting a PK 14 minutes in. Karsyn Bogard scored the Glenn goal on an assist by Sammy Walker to tie the score seven minutes later in the first half.
Young broke the tie at 51:03 with a shot from 30 yards out for the win.
Plymouth outshot Glenn 17-5. Glenn keeper Arianna Stanley turned away 15 shots on goal. Plymouth keeper Ella Muffley had four saves.
Plymouth moves to 2-4-3 on the year. Glenn suffers their first loss and is now 6-1-1 on the year.
