Triton, Bremen girls finish top five at Nierste

BREMEN — This year’s Nierste Invitational had an exceptional showcase of small school talent from the greater Northern Indiana area. Fifteen schools came, seven schools with full teams.
The Triton girls came in second overall out of the 7 teams and lost by only 10 points. Five Triton girls ran a season-best time on the night.
As a team, the Bremen girls exceeded the goal they set for themselves and finished 3rd of 7.
Bremen’s Grace Moyer dug deep in the last 800m of the race to overtake the current leader and finish first in 20:47
