Bremen girls soccer headed to State

KOKOMO — The Bremen Lady Lions dominated Lapel in their first-ever Semi-State match, taking a 4-0 win to clinch a spot in the state championship round.
Alexa Santillan had some incredible saves to keep the team alive and the momentum going. The Lion offense was able to work on connecting with each other. Londyn Grounds scored an unassisted goal to ignite the scoring fire for the Lady Lions in the 26th minute and hit another score in the 53rd minute off a corner kick.
Bremen will now face Heritage Christian in the State Championship on Saturday, November 1st, at 11 a.m. at Carroll Stadium.
