Two Bremen girls’ wrestlers move on

PLYMOUTH — The three Lady Lions traveled to Plymouth today to compete in the IHSAA Girls Wrestling Sectionals. As a team, the Lady Lions finished 12th with a total of 36 team points.
Results on the day:
McKenzie Scott fished the day 3-2 and placed 5th. She will be an alternate for regionals next Saturday.
Makenzie Shumaker went 4-0 on the day. She is the sectional champion at her weight. Makenzie also led the Lady Lions team in team points with 26.
Kayleanna Moser went 1-2 on the day and did not place.
Makenzie Shumaker will be back in action on January 10th to try and punch her ticket back to State at Plymouth High School.
