Plymouth Cheer competes in first competition
ST. JOHN, IN — The Plymouth Cheerleaders competed at their first-ever competition at the Lake Central Championship on Saturday.
The team entered the 3A/4A Game Day division, going head-to-head with 8 veteran and seasoned programs that have a long history of qualifying for both state and nationals.
“I am very proud of this team and the work that they have put in so far this season,” said coach Brenna Langowski. “For many of them, this was their very first time stepping onto a competition mat, and they rose to the challenge. We went against some incredible programs today, and this experience will only make us stronger.”
“This competition marks the start of our journey, and I can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes as the season continues,” she said. “They’ve set big goals for themselves, and I truly believe they have the talent, drive, and heart to reach them.”
