Bremen takes girls soccer regional title

BREMEN — Bremen’s Lady Lions are regional champions, taking a 4-1 win over Wheeler. This is the first regional title Bremen boys’ or girls’ soccer.
Wheeler got on the board first, but two minutes later, Bremen freshman Emma Town brought the life back to her team with a quick goal, and her first one in her high school career.
After that, Avary Malcom scored the hat trick to cement the win.
Bremen will head to Semi-State against Lapel in Kokomo at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
