Plymouth falls to Goshen
PLYMOUTH — Plymouth’s Pilgrims dropped a rain-delayed NLC game with Goshen by an 11-3 final at Bill Nixon Field.
Plymouth took a 2-0 lead early but couldn’t hold off the Red Hawks, who stay unbeaten in the NLC and 8-2 overall.
Nick Manzuk went five innings and took the loss, giving up eight hits and striking out three.
Manzuk had a pair of hits on the night. Ethan Hall had a two-run homer for the Pilgrims.
Plymouth is now 3-7 overall with a 1-3 mark in NLC play. They will be in action Wednesday against Wawasee.
