Bremen, Argos battle to a tie

ARGOS — In another classic Marshall County battle, Bremen traveled to Eugene Snyder Field in Argos for the rivalry that has been built up through nearly twenty years of competition, including multiple sectional championships, between the Lions and the Dragons.
Bremen started off strong, but couldn’t find the back of the net in the first half. As the team struggled to connect throughout parts of the game, Argos was able to take advantage of a transition moment to score first in the second half.
The Lions fought back after going down and were able to find the tying goal on a defensive mistake by the Dragons. Although Bremen would have a major possession and shot advantage through the last 20 minutes, they were unable to capitalize to win the game.
